  I was lied to by the hostess that took my information. She stated clearly that I could not cancel my order . After much debate about the issue, and then waiting for over 20 minutes while multiple store workers were leaning over the front counter playing with their phones, laughing and completely ignoring multiple people walking in the door, I spoke with a customer representative who took care of my every need graciously. It's amazing the two extreme types of employees working almost side by side. I'm glad I stayed and spoke to an employee who actually cared.
