I sent them a list of my inventory, and a friendly appraiser named Bob Jane got immediately back to me. Their prices were a little better than two large online companies I checked, so I mailed them my coins. Bob called me back and made two small adjustments in price--in my favor!--which I wasn't expecting and told him he didn't have to do since we'd agreed on a price. He told me it was the right thing to do and sent me the check. I'm definitely going to do more business with them in the future--responsive, honest, friendly, knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
