  Had to return a purchase and it was done at the customer service department. It was done very friendly, professionally, smoothly and quickly. Thank you. Also at the same time I obtained my $80.25 annual cash rewards funds and was very surprised when the staff member wanted to know if I had $20.00 on me. When I inquired why, she said because I need to give you a $100.00 currency "bill." I asked her not to give a $100 for various reasons. She complied and made arrangements through another cashier and gave me the total amount in $5.00's, which I appreciated. Again, I sincerely appreciated the arrangement made to comply with my request.
