  After many many many visits to alot of other bridal shops in the area, most of them higher end, Pearls Place finally gave me hope that I was a beautiful bride indeed and that I could find a dress. While I ultimately decided to get my dress made they turned my expierience into a positive one. I am forever grateful i did however get my bridesmaid dresses through them and the process had been seamless.

  This boutique has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Attitudes. Facial expressions and did I mention NASTY ATTITUDES. There are NO REFUNDS and a designer can go out of business and they STILL. WILL NOT refund you ANY money! Never again. It's not even my wedding and threw stress from this place alone is enough to ELOPE! AND THE DRESS MAY NOT CONGRESS AS IT LOOKED!

  I wasn't greeted when I first arrived. The staff was very snooty. Brittany, however, was very very very helpful & did an awesome job. Every time I come in to make a payment the ladies at the counter are SO RUDE & give me the hardest time about paying on my dress. I pay $50 at a time because I'm a full-time student, and the lady literally said, "That's all?" I understand if you don't order your dress in time, (You need to have paid 60% before they order), the dress could be discontinued.....BUT NO NEED TO MAKE COMMENTS. I decided to look elsewhere but was told I would only receive store credit. That's something Brittany should've told me upfront. Brittany was great, but everyone else........no.
