  They Forgot To Deliver My Order! And Ruined My Surprise For My Girlfriend! Stalled Her Stay Home, My Order Was Ready At 2pm And They Close At 8pm. So They Had Enough Time To Deliver It, And When Called Them, They Did Not Care That They Made A Mistake! So I Will Never Do Business With This Location Again! They Make Edible Arrangement Look Bad!! Very Unprofessional!!!

  Horrible customer service. Nicole, the manager, was very rude, arrogant and spoke to me in a condescending tone. Her driver took an order that was scheduled for a pickup and she got mad at me. Ma'am, you have one job. It's to ensure that your customers are happy and satisfied with your product. If you can't do that, I suggest you get out of the business.
