  I used to love Dillards. Now; they just lost my business. I made a purchase the evening before while I was out of town. When I got up the next morning and pulled tags ready to wash the clothing when I realized it was the wrong size. I put the tags and receipt together for the items I NEVER wore to return to my local Dillards. They refused the return stating it was worn. I NEVER even put it on. There is absolutely no stains or anything. What I have is exactly how I purchased it. The manager of lingerie was rude and disrespectful and refused the return. I was ready to spend more money than my original purchase. Now, I will NEVER do business with Dillards again. Terrible customer service. Buyers beware. Nothing in their policy states it cannot be returned to a different location. In fact, everything is within the policy. I have the tags. They are unused and the receipt shows it was purchased less than 24 hours ago. This is the worst customer service and what used to be a favorite for my lingerie needs just permanently lost my business. Waste of time, money and gas.
