  First, my experience wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. As I walked into the store, another girl was trying to look at dresses as well but she did not have an appointment. They told her they would be able to see her but that she needed to bear with us because we have other girls with appointments that need help as well. Once my appointment began, the associate that helped me put on my first dress disappeared. Come to find out she was helping the girl without the appointment for nearly 30 minutes before coming back to check on me. My mother and my mother in law helped me try on more dresses than the associate that was supposed to be doing her job. I had my bridesmaids appointment right afterwards and the associate helped more with my bridesmaids than with the own bride. I was disappointed. Although, I was able to find my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. That was the only highlight out of the experience but the staff should’ve been more helpful. This was such a big and exciting day and it wasn’t anything like I hoped it would be.
