  My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Adler's at Lakeside and I'm glad he did. I am thrilled with the ring that he chose, but wasn't totally satisfied with the center stone. I was not expecting much when I first called customer service because the receipt for the ring clearly said it was a final sale item. I decided to call anyway and spoke directly to Netty, his saleswomen. We came in the following day and she had my center stone replaced with a better quality diamond AND had it appraised for me at no extra cost. A short time later, one of my side stones fell out and we were able to drop it off and have that also replaced within a day. I am overjoyed with service we were provided and of the three times we've been there, we were always greeted with a smile by every representative.

  After browsing for countless hours online for the right wedding ring set for my future wife I came to a single realization. Her dream ring was going to be one of a kind. This is where Adler's Jewelry became necessary and Adam's experience was invaluable. Supplying Adam with pictures of different rings, each with characteristics that I wanted incorporated in the final result, we began the design process. Each step of the way, he would send me a 3D rendering of the design and we would sit there and adjust until the final product was exactly like I envisioned. Making the matching one of a kind wedding band was a breeze. Adam was able to take the design from the engagement ring and render an incredible wedding band that goes together flawlessly. My now wife still continues to get compliments, one after the other from young and old alike, and it is all thanks to Adler's Jewelry. Their passion for their work makes their jewelry true works of art.

  After receiving an email about a Waterford Cross Christmas Ornament I went on line and ordered one. I couldn't believe when it arrived a day later with a personalized Thank You note! The picture did not no do it justice and it's beautiful. It brought back memories of the ornaments on my grandparent's tree.
