    I had a very pleasant experience today at the apple store. While the hectic environment is crazy and not what one would usually call pleasant, I had a good experience because the problems with my computer were fixed in a professional manner! I stayed patient as Bradley went through all the steps he could to diagnose and solve the problems I was having. These people are incredibly smart, here at our disposal, and always very helpful!

    After experiencing the world's worst customer service at lakeside mall apple store, I can say they don't give a **** about all the bad reviews they receive. I went to the apple store with a bad battery problem (my phones charges really slowly and battery drains fast), The technician instead of just replace my battery for $29, he insisted replacing the whole phone. They are not there to help their customer the best they could, but try to make as much money as possible. Their stupid excuse is that they are not sure if battery is the only problem with the phone, thus I would be waste of my money to just replace the battery. Excuse me! It's my money and it's my decision whether I wanted to spend the money or not. If after replacing the battery, and find more problems, it's still up to me what I want to do with the phone at that point(but I'm 100% sure it's the battery). The whole time I was there, technician and managers were all so rude. They don't listen and interrupts you when you are explaining your problem. They are arrogant and act like we don't know anything. Definitely getting myself a phone other that an iphone now, so that I don't have to experience this horrible customer service again. Need to stay away from all apple products, not worth it.

    The store is only part of the problem. My wife and I have made many trips to this store over the last year. We have had some good customer service from the employees but the management has failed us as well as APPLE. Do not get an I pad pro!!!!!! We spent a lot of money for this paperweight and can’t get a good one we have had it replaced wiped out restarted new software you name it we have done it. After the original 1400.00 dollars the service we pay for every month the countless hours on the phone many trips to the store and countless hours of standing waiting to hear there’s nothing they can do. Now for a slap in the face we were told we can give you half the value if you purchase something else. WOW!!!! Just WOW!!!! I was sold junk but it’s my problem way to go apple.
